Outreach and Programs Assistant - AmeriCorps

The Boys & Girls Club of Burlington is looking for an enthusiastic person to help our Club reach out to parents and children in the community, and help create and run new innovative programs to serve the needs that the AmeriCorps member helps to identify. With existing programs for grades 4-12 in art, technology, career readiness, life skills, health and athletics, there are several opportunities for outreach and growth. We hope to increase our understanding of the needs of our members and their parents and increase their awareness of what the Club has to offer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's interested in youth and community outreach to gain experience in the process of engagement and program development from identifying needs, addressing those needs and measuring the impact.
