What's happening at the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington?

On April 29th, the Club was pleased to welcome U.S. Treasurer Anna Escobedo Cabral and TD Banknorth President Phil Daniels to the 62 Oak Street Clubhouse. Ms. Cabral met with a group of Club members and discussed savings strategies to help them grow into financially responsible individuals.

Our college and career readiness program KnowHow2GO began its second year in January and is moving right along. We recently received the 2008 New England Board of Higher Education’s Robert J. McKenna Award for Program Achievement, and was recognized at the NEBHE Awards Dinner at the Fairmont Copley Plaza on Friday, March 14th, 2008. Joining the Boys and Girls Club of Burlington at the dinner was Roxanne Spillet, President and CEO of Boys & Girls Club of America! For more information on KnowHow2GO, see our career readiness page or contact Dottie Olio at 864-5263.
